People tend to learn by osmosis
If you hang around smart people, you will learn.
Good practices will rub off (so do bad ones)
If you're the junior, get close to an experienced guy
Don't bug the guy too much
If you're experienced, put yourself near the juniors
They'll see what you're doing and emulate.

You'll learn more by having to explain things
